Advocating for free #STEM education.
As a non-profit, we believe that every child deserves to experience the fun in learning. Therefore, our website provides free, interactive video lessons as well as downloadable projects and worksheets that your child can learn from for free. We provide lessons on science, engineering, math, and many more.
If you're interested in learning from us firsthand, we host events and webinars where we teach science, engineering, and many more.
In Made to Change, we aim to achieve Quality Education through the STEM webinars, posts, and events that we do. We teach science concepts to children from 1st - 6th grade, and we also incorporate science experiments and other activities to ensure that we are promoting quality STEM education for children in Indonesia. Furthermore, we give out badges and prizes to students who show advanced-level STEM thinking, encouraging students to learn and to speak up about their observations, and hypotheses.
We also aim to reduce inequalities, namely through our online cohort of programs. All of our programs are free of charge, and the ones conducted on ZOOM only have a prerequisite of preparing the experiment items (which we ensure cost less than $3 USD.) Students don't have to fully understand english to join, as most of our mentors are bilingual and can teach in Indonesian or Korean. Through this, we aim to promote equitable educational resources, reducing inequalities.
